Move @mm/core into the MagicMirror template repository

The goal of this monorepo is to abstract the complexity of modern JS build and development tools, and the babel plugins, compatibility, and cli will absolutely do a good job with that. But keeping @mm/core here contradicts the MagicMirror manifesto--users should be able to tweak files and see what happens. That react code should be moved with the rest of the source code so that users can inspect exactly what props and how props are being passed to their React modules.

Oh, and it should be migrated to typescript to provide up-to-date type definitions. This will be useful even if module developers use pure JS as editors will still be able to pick up type errors. Fortunately Parcel will support TS out of the box.
