Found the problem:
This line needs on the framework needs to be removed. https://github.com/jovotech/jovo-framework/blob/04dcff0323d4d3e4ecac863c52739e3553864b66/framework/src/index.ts#L5C41-L5C41

I tried to use the suggested solution, but it's not working I think because the framework is already being compiled and sourcemap created.
Waiting for the fix! :D

FYI: I tested down to the Jovo version 4.0.1, but the issue remains.
