Create FXMLs for adding new faculty, approved courses, offered courses, and registered courses in CITS. These files include AddFacultyScene.fxml for CITS admin, AddNewApprovedCourseScene.fxml for Registrar, OfferCourseForRegistrationScene.fxml for HoD, and CourseRegistrationScene.fxml for Students.
