Just to remind :) this morning I have used zhunter and I have remembered these issues

-wavelength from air to vacuum and vice versa does not work
-line lists botton on the top left of the screen doesn not work (I do not remember if we have discussed about this).

Would like to add the possibility to fit absorption or emission lines with a simple gaussian model to give FWHM, flux, redshift etc.

It should be fine to include a plot on the right of the 2D where we can visualize the distribution of the flux with 95% and 68% in order to better define the extraction width.

There is a bug with the extraction witdh box. If you change the extraction, it changes in the 2D and in 1D. Then if you want to retourn at the default one clicking the box "reset width" it changes the 2D but not the 1D. Also the number in the box doesn't change.
