i changed the few references from afxres.h to the stdafx.h and it built and ran... not sure if that's the proper solution but it worked... for the record, i did upgrade project to latest Visual Studio 2017 15.4.0 but i can't see how that would impact this kind of issue

I just want to confirm that I am understanding this correctly, since this project is under the MIT license it should be ok to redistribute the binaries under another open source project, correct?

We would of course provide a README along side it that would give attribution and the fact that it is being provided by the MIT license.

In this light, I was curious if you would be willing to publish MD5 hashes of the binaries so users could be assured.
