• create copyright config with all user inputs values in the project root directory.
• new CLI command to write copyright/license header in git hooks with global patterns (reference: prettier CLI ).
• add documentation in the readme.
• test this approach with sample projects.

• change --generate command name to --write for appropriate meaning.
• add logic to get config values and write copyright header

• add new cli command for generating config file.
• get all input for config from user.
• generate config file with user inputs.

Create help content and add it as options command arguments.

While overwriting file it is async call we shouldn't put progress bar while loading . we should use spinner for async calls.

• To reduce size we prefer to go with the enquirer. Enquirer is a lightweight package compare to an inquirer.
• we should check enquirer providing all options which we have in our CLI tool.

Running on a MacBook, I get the following error:

Not that helpful to me. May be of use to the developers. No clue as to why it was unable to open an editor, or how I should set a default one!

• you can choose the directories want to overwrite there we are listing all directories .
• By Default, node_modules, codecoverage will not be in the list.
• we need to .git folder also
