Build a fully functioning Kubernetes cluster using Tofu with the following requirements:

• 1 control plane node (2 cpu, 8G RAM, 40G disk)
• 3 worker nodes (2 cpu, 8G RAM, 40G disk)

Set up VM creation so that when running terraform apply it creates multiple VMs determined by a count

Instead of attaching a cloud-init device in the proxmox backend during vm creation move the configuration into terraform/version control.

Initial set up for OpenTofu repository.

To validate everything is functioning as expected build a simple VM on your proxmox host using terraform

Once the VM is built the functionality described below should be confirmed in order to mark this task as done:

• Networking functioning as expected
• DNS functioning as expected
• SSH key authentication

Add tailscale so that when servers are provisioned they are automatically added to tailnet

Currently when creating a cluster with terraform apply everything functions as expected. However if you run it again it will tear down the cluster and rebuild the VMs.

Update the terraform so that the state remains the same when you run terraform apply.

Look into adding modules and replacing count with for_each
