I've done this for fll-sw at, jpschewe/fll-sw#696. I'd like to get this built with gradle as well.

Note that it's not possible to return null

Need to add

      transformer.setOutputProperty("{http://xml.apache.org/xslt}indent-amount", "2");

to XMLUtils.writeXML().

Currently located off my home page. Decide if this is where I want to continue to host it or if it should be on GitHub?

I'm thinking that my website can host the documentation and it can point to GitHub for source releases.

I'm currently using bintray, but they are shutting down this spring, https://www.infoq.com/news/2021/02/jfrog-jcenter-bintray-closure/

I may be able to publish directly to Maven Central per https://maven.apache.org/repository/guide-central-repository-upload.html

This is going to take some research.

Allow other projects to reference this project with maven or gradle by publishing to jcenter.
This is blocked on #3.
