Automatic GRanges construction should be controllable via a flag

Automatically attempting to construct a GRanges on any input is a reasonable default, but for a caller who knows whether or not they want initDGEobj to construct a GRanges, there should be flag to explicitly choose whether or not to construct it. If this flag is set to TRUE, then it should throw an error if a GRanges cannot be constructed. If the flag is FALSE, it should skip the attempt entirely. This enables development of more robust software on top of DGEobj by allowing the caller precise control of a normally automatically determined behavior. In addition, this would enable you to make GenomicRanges an optional package if you so choose.
