It just adds latency to PIR.

However keep sampling interval.

Reduced operation when:

• disconnected from mqtt
• not connected to wifi
• not configured for wifi

Expect it will still work as a light, with error indication via pir led.

• turning on from domoticz
• update schematic and layout
• motion detected during fade-out should turn on again
• don't loop in power(), unroll into loop()
