The app needs to be redesigned to act more like a native app. We don't want things disappearing or appearing randomly or moving around for no apparent reason. The flow should not force the user into decisions that cannot be undone.

We should be able to distinguish between a legs exercise that only works calves from a leg exercise that only works hamstrings.

It was hard for me to press the right + button 30+ times to get to my correct chest press. Casual flex. But really tho I think I should be able to enter it by pressing the number and also have a better default than 30 for a chest press.

It should:

• Run like a wolf
• Suggest the user's last warm-up chest-press weight and reps for the user's first chest press
• And so on.

I was literally afraid I would mess up when recording and I did many times. Many times.

But yeah you should definitely have a way to just add a set instead of recording the times and maybe just putting an average time or something.

Definitely also include a cancel timer button.

We also want to be able to view the session and change it later.
