Similar issue to what we had with Foreground.

Currently shows like this.

Right now there is no way to tell if there is an active talk page associated with any given page in Filament.

I think it would be interesting to use the Talk "balloons" that are in the drop down for Foreground and show them to the left of the page actions drop down. Dim if there is no talk page, full if there is.

One could argue that some wikis may like it this way. Perhaps this could be a configurable option.

The redirect info is really tight to the horizontal line above it.

After fixing #7 (yeah) the sidebar no longer has inertial scroll. Stops dead when you stop sliding on mobile.

Search dropdown looks very out of place.

Once the menu is expanded for Filament on mobile there isn't a way to make it go away.

On the pure css site itself the sidebar pushes the content over and can be hidden again. Can we do the same thing?
