The currently-generated PDFs with puppeteer/chromium have text (observable by copy-pasting) with several issues:

• (Sometimes) newlines are not well defined
• (Sometimes) spaces between words are not well defined
• (Sometimes) ligature errors happen

Goals:

• Parse options from PrintMainInput
• Allow inputs:
  • HTML
  • URL
  • (Not implemented) Markdown
• Release globally-installable CLI as an npm package
