This repo uses .bowerrc file which causes it to act arcane - when you type bower install, the dependencies get installed in the parent directory.

Proposed solution - remove .bowerrc and recommend using polyserve.

Same thing was done in Juicy/juicy-select#8

As discussed with @tomalec last week, we are deprecating this repo. It is quite unuseful to have a custom element which the only purpose is to combine a textarea, the tabbed interface and another custom element.

Such solution should be composed of common custom elements such as https://www.webcomponents.org/element/PolymerElements/paper-tabs.

One of Starcounter apps is already using a fork of this element, which is fine: https://github.com/StarcounterApps/Content/blob/master-2.4/src/Content/wwwroot/Content/elements/content-tabbededitor/content-tabbededitor.html

I will change this editor so that it would accept both Markdown and HTML.
I intend to replace the "Raw" tab with a "HTML" tab.

Should a create a pull request after I'm done or propose another element?
