glpi-orderservice-0.1.3.tar.bz2 is actually zip file (see output of file command) and bzip2 complaining about unsupported file format. After renaming to .zip, it is possible to decompress. Please fix either archive format or file extension.

Gostaria de saber como faço adaptações na Ordem de serviço.
Estou tentado adaptar o plugin para atendimento de multifuncionais ou outros ativos.
Na tela do chamado preencho alguns itens que considero importantes de serem apresentados na OS.
Localização e Periférico selecionado pelo cliente para executar o atendimento no local e equipamento correto.
Consegue me ajudar nessa adaptação?

Tentando apenas copiar o parâmetro do endereço da pequena imagem no plugin, após eu tentar isso a tela da um branco ao clicar no plugin, ja viu isso?
Ou a solução ainda está sendo desenvolvida

Hello. We use this great plugin for generating and printing work orders with GLPI 9.4, but we need to update to GLPI 9.5 and we know that there is no update made to the Orderservice plugin.
We are conducting tests with the version of GLPI 9.5.2 And we saw that the plugin works well, but when clicking on print, the document that is prepared for printing brings some information that is not necessary at the top of the page and this ends up taking up space in the area printing, unconfiguring and generating a second page with part of the content that would be printed on only one page. Attached I put three prints to show what is printed, highlighted in red. If any of you know where and what file I can make a change to hide and print only what is necessary on a single page, please help us. Thank you very much.

Uma sugestão que gostaria de dar é de ter uma tabela com a data e horario para ser preenchido.
Desta forma, temos um registro de quantos dias e horas o técnico trabalhou no local por escrito..

Outra sugestão seria ter mais informações do cliente.. Em vez de usar as informações do usuário no formulário, usar informações da entidade, como endereço e telefone.. estas informaçoes sao importantes para o técnico ter em mãos para se deslocar até o cliente..

Uma nova opção seria um campo de marcação para qual tipo de serviço está sendo executado: Instalacao, manutencao, vistoria, treinamento, outros..

i tried to install the plugin on Glpi9.2.4 and 9.3.0 im getting this error while clicking on the plugin link.

My installation is OK but i can't find where i can generate my order.
I don't find the file for switch language in French.

Julios, realizei alguns ajustes nas telas de "inc/orderservice.class.php" e "display.class.php", onde era aplicado os CSS de .back, .td e .th.

Como o mesmo é utilizado da mesma forma com o plugin Formscreator, alterei o CSS e as telas para aplicar o mesmo somente ao Orderservice.

Realizei um Fork, e alterei o mesmo, pois não sabia como poderia sugerir as modificações já realizada lá.

In orderservice.xml, there is stated, that it is localized into en and fr – but where is locales directory? Want to contribute translation into Czech, but cannot see where.

Gostei desse plugin, mas se possível gostaria de imprimir uma OS em cima de ativo, estou usando o GLPI só para controle e gestão de ativos e incluindo a OS em um computador seria muito interessante para mim.,

Extracted from
glpi-orderservice-0.1.3.tar.bz2 into plugins directory. Plugin didn't showed on plugins management page in GLPI. Had to rename directory glpiorderservice to orderservice only. After then, plugin appeared on plugins management page and was able to install.

In glpi-orderservice-0.1.3.tar.bz2, there is .git subdirectory, which shouldn't be in release archive.

not really an issue per say, but offering my services for translation.

This is the kind of addon i've been looking around for to automate my physical work orders. And since i offer IT Service through North America, i would require it in both languages.

I would be willing to make the translation for English and French but bare with me, as much as i can figure out my way around code to understand it to a certain point, i am no programmer and would need some directions as to what needs to be modified and what i should specifically not touch.

GLPI Order Service Plugin works on GLPI 9.3.1? I put the extracted zip on \var\www\html\glpi\plugins
but in Plugins dont appear Order Service.

Primeiramente, parabém pelo plugin, realmente ajuda muito.

O único ponto é que, ao imprimir a ordem de serviço, ela fica pequena e deslocada devido as definições da janela ativa e o espaço no menu lateral na impressão.

A minha sugestão é, ao clicar em imprimir, abrir uma janela popup, montar apenas o formulário a ser impresso e chamar a rotina de impressão.

Outra possibilidade seria criar um PDF, mas isso seria mais complicado.

when enabling your plugin it breaks lots of CSS of other plugins and some of glpi core CSS. even after uninstalling ur plugin the issue still remains.
