Hi Jung Soh,

Thanks for this amazing work and your very useful Jupyter Notebook.

I am trying to use your model but in a tflite version. So I did a conversion, but I struggle correctly post processing the outputs.

My outputs is an array of (19,19,425), so I guess it is kind of logic regarding the indications in the part "2" of your notebook.

But I have negative values, and values not from 0 to 1. I guess I am missing specific post process step.

Do you accept please to help me here ? Please find bellow the tflite model arch for the input and output
