Putting help buffer in a childframe.

Highlights:

• single entry point help-childframe-show
• scrolling the frame displaying help context to quickly read through the help text
• support multiple backends (help-mode, helpful-mode, eglot) via help-childframe-backend-alist.

With straight.el with use-package:
