private void test(char[] test, char again[]) array type specifier can come anywhere in java but must be in front in c#

the problem it solves is not valid for C# since it's always same platform.

most methods rely on this to work automatically when passing objects for printing

some keywords in c# are not keywords in Java and hence can be used as variable names.
Need to resolve this
