On the footer menu, custom links are imbalanced in their padding between the pipe separators. This has been replicated on a couple of sites with different numbers of footer links as evidenced in the screenshots attached.

When an update is available, the "View version details" link is blank:

Remove the _notes directory from the theme

Remove these two unnecessary comments with email and version information

Add a link to this GitHub project within the theme details visible in the Theme manager:

Update slug name

Update the original source import of index.html that is sometimes force browseable on WP installations.

The optional organizational subtitle (uses the tagline in WordPress) breaks each word onto new lines in Internet Explorer.

Create accordion menu to support 2nd level items on the side menu

SOURCES." to comply with .gov theme installations.

Remove unused /screen.css file. Source references copy in css/screen.css

Add automatic theme update checking. This will allow easy theme updates via the WordPress manager without having to manually download and install an update.
