pe's Issues

Documentation Bug (For all events requiring start date)

It throws an event date exception when entering the sample input for adding an exam event (add / exam Finals at: 10/05/2019 10:00 to 10/05/2019 12:00) or any event which has a start date.
The exception is correct, however the User Guide should be updated such that the sample commands listed will not throw any exceptions.

Issue with tasks numbering after adding more than 9 tasks to one module

I have added todo tasks one by one to the module CG1111. First task being added is todo 1, second is todo 2 and so on. After todo 9, adding todo 10 to the module will result in the todo 10 task being shifted as the second task. Please look at the pictures below.

After todo 12 has been added:

Note the command I used to add todo 13:

Note the index and position of todo 13 with respect to the task list for the module:

After deleting the task 11, the todo tasks after the deleted task will shift up in index as well:

This is very problematic for the user as they can no longer keep track of the actual index of their tasks.
The delete /task 3 command does not actually delete todo 11 (displayed by the program) but deletes the hidden todo 3.

Bug in displaying the 7th, 8th and 9th task in task list

After adding todo tasks one by one, todo 1 added first, todo 2 added second and so on, todo 7, todo 8 and todo 9 are not displayed and registered by the program immediately when the add command is invoked.

After the "add / todo 7" input, the todo 7 task cannot be seen:

After the "add / todo 8" input, the todo 8 task cannot be seen, but todo 7 is up now:

After the "add / todo 9" input, the todo 9 task cannot be seen. However, this time, even after the "add / todo 10" input, the todo 9 task remains hidden, but todo 10 is reflected:

The 9th task, not necessarily todo, is never be reflected in the task list.
