If there are two SYNs in flight , the time_sent gets updated with the latest one, and originates very short reply times. Need to add a condition to check also the port number of the previous packet.

VokoscreenNG is already packaged for NixOS against version 3.0.5 and we had to patch it with this commit to get the right install target, otherwise vokoscreenNG wouldn't install by itself.

As I'm willing to update nixpkgs' vokoscreenNG to 3.0.8, I think it could be nice to have you integrate these changes for better supporting linux packaging as other distribution may want to add this piece of software to their repo.

In addition to build-essential, libnet1-dev and libpcap-dev a successful makewill also need xmltoman.

sudo apt-get install xmltoman

Maybe you wanna add that to your readme?

Instead of calling gettimeofday when you detect your package you can just take the frame timestamp that the kernel timestamp it.

This will give much better precision of when the package was out/in into the network stack.

if you want this I can submit a pull request.
