Missing literal description when pluralize error is raised, thats makes understandable which literal cause the error.

Also the error hasn't library prefix as any other warning message.

When a literal has a flag to use dynamic parameters, if the translation is not an object doesn't works as expected. Should works using the defined string as object defined like this:
