证书的 CommonName 存储 uid 信息
目的：
在 atlasctl 提交任务时，通过读取证书中的 CommonName 存储的 uid 信息，写入提交任务的 YAML 中，实现 Pod 的 RunAsUser 的逻辑
在创建证书的格式增加一个 uid 参数，类似这种：
