Hi Manuel,

I do not know where to offer the the help, so I will do it here.

I have a Fronius GEN24 and a BYD HVM 13.8 Battery up and running sine a few month. I also have a simple RS485 Adapter if there is no need to use a special one.
If needed I also have a Oscilloscope with Bus Decoder and a Saleae Logic Pro 16.

If you are still searching for some logfiles, maybe I can support.

If I understand the project right you will try to replace a BYD Battery by a DIY Battery and simulating for the Fronius a BYD. Sounds really interesting.

Hi,

I have a SMA Sunny Tripower 10 SE inverter working with a BYD Battery Box Premium HVM 21kwh pack (8 modules staked).

I am somewhat knowledgeable and willing to help with sniffing the communication between them if this is still needed.
I know you are intrested in communication between Fronius and BYD, but i suspect that the protocols are the same, and belong to the BYD battery rather than the inverter.
