Lockdown effect on Russian labour market

This is a code for https://pandemicdatahack.ru/ hackaton organized by Russian Federal Employment Service and Russian research infrastracture management agency (https://www.data-in.ru/).

The code collects additional data on lockdown dynamics in Russian regions, additional covid statistics by region and demographics. It also utilizes an additional dataset of registered unemployed (can be accessed through https://www.data-in.ru/)
