MemoryTester not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run Minecraft
2. MemoryTester not working

Technical (please complete the following information):

• Operating System : Windows 10.0.17134.167
• MemoryTester Version : 0.3
• Minecraft Version : 1.12.2
• Forge Version (if applicable) : 14.23.4.2705

I use memorytester to display information even if the client has enough memory allocated but importantly if they don't. Twitch launcher uses no JVM arguments requiring the pack to be launched with 5GB unlike Technic that supplies flags G1GC by default thus allowing that 5GB pack to load on 4GB of memory.

My solution has been informing them with a link to a video on how to setup JVM flags on the Twitch launcher If they can only assign 4GB and nothing more. Although, this would require the option UseMenu=true. If the user has already done this I instruct them on also how to stop the menu from popping up as it becomes annoying for some.

My idea was a never show again checkbox or some type of way to support modifying JVM flags on launch, I don't think this is possible as the application has already started.

I am completely stumped as to how to run this and where the information is gathered to make recommendations to my memory usage.

I've looked through the source code to try and figure out if there's some button i'm unaware of or other instructions hidden in the code.

High CPU and GPU usage even on decent hardware

To Reproduce
Simply launch the game with the mod , and check Task Manager.

Expected Behavior
Renders at V-Sync(or static 30fps), greatly reduces CPU and GPU usage
