Dependabot can't resolve your Go dependency files

Currently the Windows binaries are marked as untrusted.

Use Microsoft's Signature SDK to validate the binary.

The test cases should pull the raw JSON down to confirm that no API changes breaks the strcuture

The test report currently generates a text file. This is not the most consumer friendly solution.

The version command currently has hard coded values. This needs to be addressed so the values are updated dynamically.

update commands appends .exe to binary when not Windows

The update command is appending .exe to non Windows binaries

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Issue disaster update on a non Windows system

Expected behavior
the binary to be named disaster without the .exe extension

Currently to leverage a new version the user has to download the updated version from the release page, unzip, and place the binary in their $PATH.

Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Add an update command that goes and retrieves the latest version and installs in in the user's $PATH

A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Besides providing directions on how to update, there really no other ideal alternative.
