Transform custom S-expressions into bytecode that the ARMv8 processor of the Raspberry PI 3 can execute.

The S-expressions start with the instruction mnemonic similar to what the ARM Architecture Reference Manual uses, followed by the instructions operants such as registers and immediate values.

Using S-expressions and not some arbitrary other format allows using the full power of the host Lisp (such as macro's) during assembling.
