What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Minimize div
2. And now move it to the bottom of a webpage, the minimized div at a
certain point can not be moved further down.
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Minizing a div, and moving it downward on a page, reveals that the div
actually doesn't honour it's minimized size. When the bottom of the
original, but now invisible, part of the div hits the bottom of the
vertical extent of the webpage, it can now longer be moved further down.
This is especially a problem with large divs, and may even mean that a div
that has a vertical size as big as the HTML page, can not be moved
vertically at all even when minimized.
It would be really helpful if the div honoured it's minimized size, and
would be capable of being moved entirely to the bottom of a webpage.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RC1

Script works perfect.
But I want set minWidth and minHeight for moveable and resizeable DIV with
keepAspect. So when resizing the DIV can't get smaller than these values.
Can you give me an idea please?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. switching between movable divs
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The zindex of an element stays higher than the rest after moving. It does not
return the original value.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0 RC1, tested it on mac, windows 7 with safari, firefox, IE8. All same result.
Please provide any additional information below.
I need it to return it to the previous zindex or not change the zindex, is
there anyway to turn off the "bring to front" function and just keep its
original zindex?
Thanks allready

What steps will reproduce the problem?
-------------------------------------
1. Go to: http://dyndiv.markusbordihn.de/example/api/general/
2. Scroll down to example and try to resize one of the divisions.
3. Look in error console. You will find a "not defined" message for the
variable "statu".
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-----------------------------------------------------
The expectations is to see the division resized.
With FF there is no apparent result. You have to check the error console for
the error message. With IE, if you have the debugging option set, a popup box
tells you about the error - it reports the error as being on line 37.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Not a "version" problem. The problem is in page
http://dyndiv.markusbordihn.de/example/api/general/ as is currently on the
server. Today is January 3, 2013.
I'm using Windows 7 64bit, though that does not matter. Read my comments below.
Please provide any additional information below.
-----------------------------------------------
I believe that Issue 17 (http://code.google.com/p/dyndiv/issues/detail?id=17)
is about this problem but no details were given.
The poster simply said "When move o resize the test div the script hangs.
3."
The script is not hanging, it is fails because of typing errors. This message
is written to the error console (using FF):
"Error: statu is not defined
Source File: http://dyndiv.markusbordihn.de/example/api/general/"
The code in question is:
+ '<br>Status: ' + statu
"statu" should be "status"
There are four occurrences of this typo on the page:
http://dyndiv.markusbordihn.de/example/api/general/
Two are in the actual JavaScript at lines 239 and 259.
The other two are in the text display of the code on the page - the section
titled "API JavaScript Code", the typos are at lines 304 and 324.
I have saved a copy of the files, changed "statu" to "status", and tested it -
the example worked as intended.
Note - the line numbers I'm giving you are those shown by me editor "ConText"
they may vary depending on how you view the source. To find the problems,
search for the text:
+ '<br>Status: ' + statu

Is there anyway to enforce a div to maintain the aspect ratio?
It is great code by the way. I'm creating an image cropping and resizing
tool using this and php/GD image library. Will show you the results once
finished.
To be able to maintain appropriate dimensions of images in divs would be
great.
Let me know if it is or isn't possible please. Thanks!!! Keep up the
fantastic work!

The movable Div, should to be moved while holding down the left mouse. But
in IE 6 you can drag the div only when you click on the border. Inside the
div, the div can't be moved.
