Refactor in order to be used as a package
Right now the source code includes a an app which serves as a demo page for tw-business-card. The "app" does not need to exist. We want to keep this repo for the module only and allow users to simply jspm install github:kazuo/tw-business-card to install into their projects. Sure tw-business-card isn't much, but it'll be used as an example of how other modules will be built using an ES6 loader and Angular 1.x.
