Because sticky elements are position: fixed, we need to recalculate and reset the widths of these elements whenever the parent width changes.

• store initial width
• watch resize event (throttle)
• compare parent width to initial and reset as needed

This causes issues for dynamic templates that render different table configurations. The vestigial colgroup tags are left behind even after calling tearDown breaking the sticky header layout.

@kboucher could we get a publish for the latest changes once you prove they are not an issue for any projects you are using?

If so, I could remove the need for my fork
