URP custom renderer feature for URP

This repository contains a URP custom renderer feature that adds URP support to Bibcam.
I implemented the feature in a single script file -- BibcamBackgroundPassFeature.cs. Copy it into your project and enable it in the renderer settings. Then the background drawer works as on the default built-in render pipeline.

your project works perfectly, but when I try to recreate it in a new URP project in the same version of Unity and with the same dependencies, I get these errors in the Decoder Scene:
Cannot create required material because shader is null
