I know what I need...I thought of how to fix it on my flight today...

OK, I end up manually assigning all of the high volume booths to the long list of troops that actually have cookies and girls hitting high goals. It would be great to have a check box for "top Seller" or something like that and have it tie into how the high volume booths are assigned. These troops get top pick of these and the other booths are assigned randomly to all?

Could it work? It would save me a TON of time.
