Notes should be should be added to the proper spot in the list after being added. Since the default order is "descending," but all new notes are added to the end of the list, this will need to be updated in the future.

When there are no Notes that match the filter text, the Note List displays the default "Add a Note" text. It should instead display a warning that no notes match.

Add PropType validations to components for type safety. This should be done to all components that have parameters, adding isRequired as necessary. Default PropTypes are not necessary due to ES6 optional parameters.

The note display time is always the current time, no matter when the note was created.
