@Stribe Have you tried installing the Sitecore.Ship packages from the NuGet gallery into your website project? I've just done this against a target website built on Sitecore 7.0 rev 130810 and running deployed out of a web project set to use the .NET 4.5 runtime and all of the service URLs appear to be working.

Building a version of Ship to provide net40 and net45 specific targets is on my roadmap.

This worked indeed.
I still need to get used to the fact that I should pull stuff from NuGet instead of pulling it from GitHub and compiling it myself.
This was the last piece in our CI puzzle 👍
