Forgive me for my newbness.

I'm trying to use your OFAC gem (v 1.2.3) in rails 3. The README tells me to do scripts/generate ofac_migration which I've determined changed in rails 3 to something like rails generate ofac_migration. When I tried that rails reported "Could not find generator ofac_migration."

Is it possible to use this gem in rails 3? If you can toss me some quick commands I'll be glad to format that into a pull request for inclusion in the readme.

Thank you for providing ofac gem for community. I have noticed issue with loading data into MySQL 5.0.27 on Windows. At the moment when I run ofac:update_data task it loads 11476 records into MySQL table. It is exactly half of records loaded into Postgre on heroku (22952 records). Is it known issue? Maybe it is related to some issues on my machine, I'm not sure.

After installing (v3.0.0), generating and running migrations, I get this when trying to update the data:

pry(main)> OfacSdnIndividualLoader.load_current_sdn_file
Not using mysql, will use active record to load data
Reloading OFAC sdn data
Downloading OFAC data from http://www.treas.gov/offices/enforcement/ofac/sdn
Trouble downloading file.  The url may have changed.

Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.

The CreateOfacSdnIndividuals is not reversible as the change method calls OfacSdnIndividualLoader.load_current_sdn_file regardless of direction. This puts the database in an inconsistent state if you try and revert this migration.

LOAD DATA LOCAL has security issues associated with it that are beyond the comfort scope of most Rails developers http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/load-data-local.html.
