Because PHP applications (especially Symfony) complain if it's not set.

At the moment, the Dotfiles are only for my OS X development laptop, and as such, not reusable. It should at least be possible to set up an Ubuntu dev machine.

I.e. Wildcard virtual domain root, MPM event, and PHP via FastCGI. With support for both projects that have index.php in their root directory, and the ones that have it someplace else (ex. Symfony: web/app.php).

I'm not yet sure about the directory structure I'd use -- some projects I used to group into subdirectories. Need to see how I'd actually use it.
