As it stands, isonatrain.py will swallow any errors from Twitter due to the way that tweepy works. At the very least, it should be tweaked so that if we get an authentication error, it stops dead and gives a proper error message rather than just silently exiting.

If no output files are present, it ought to write default output files. A reasonable default for the message would be '?'.

It should explain:

• The config file format.
• Include a note on file permission (particularly for when files are written out).
• Limits on the number of supported feeds imposed by Twitter.
• Setting it up to run under supervisord.

It might also be a good idea to rewrite the configuration file with them, but all that's necessary is that they be printed out with directions on how to add them to the config file.
