Serving site

The following are not recommended for production. You might want to have a build process that does npm run build, and use a web server like nginx to serve the static assets from public/ instead.

Document nginx setup

The deployment directory contains the playbook (undocumented, needs to be fixed!) to deploy the static assets, but we really need to document how the nginx serving the static assets is set up.
