Architecture

Markdown Editor is made with MVVM pattern. It separate clearly JavaFX view and Java back-end, allowing you to use the Model for view made with another technology (for example Swing or else).

Add tables interpretation

Add tables to MarkdownToHtmlConverter.

Highlighting not working correctly

Highlighting of Titles don't work if it's in the first line

Add unit testing

Add unit testing for at least MarkDownToHtmlConverter methods before adding more complex fonctionnalities.

Lists are not closed automatically in some cases

When a list ("* " or ". ") is defined, the balise is not always closed.

Fix highlight of multi lined balise

Multibalise are highlighted event with a "\" character before, must add it to the regex

"\" character before interpreted characters don't work correctly

Non-interpretation of characters with back slash before doesn't work correctly.
Error discovered when fixing issue 1

Image path or link with _ or * don't work

When an Image or a link added in markdown with _, * (and possibly ~~, == and others used characters) are replaced by html balisis in HtmlToMarkdownConverter.

Error with inlined code area

Inlined code area is defined as a block code area (on a new line).
