The tilter code has no response on the robot. Suspected issue is that absolute value function in include/opfunc.h is not doing its job.

I think its a problem with the logic of the DR4B code since now there's three parameters for the function. I think possibly we could do a thing where the first two parameter, up and down, stay as they are and then we make the third parameter * 50 + 50 equal to our speed... basically shift button it with math instead.

Or we could modify the logic and add support for the two remaining cases (Only 6/8 were covered. I think some dr4b.moveVelocity(0)'s are missing)
