When I use Use Faster-RCNN model in real dataset, it always OOM error

tensorflow Resource exhausted: OOM when allocating tensor with shape

Have you really test that ?

My enviroment is

ubuntu16.4
vertualenv python 2.7
tensorflow1.4
gpu nvidia quadro m2000m 4G memory

I test the following models, only the Fasteer-RCNN for real data is not working
Inception SSD v2 + sim data ok
Inception SSD v2 + real data ok
Faster-RCNN + sim data ok
Faster-RCNN + real data OOM error
MobileNet SSD v1 + sim data (haven't test yet)
MobileNet SSD v1 + real data ok
