One request: is it possible to show an icon in the gutter if the line has a note? Sticky notes plugin does it.

As a user, it would be super awesome if I could move a note to a different topic, because I consistently find myself reorganizing them. An example of moving a note is simply by drag and drop a note to a different topic (if that's technically possible).

The plugin does not work after update

Plugin error: Plugin 'Code Reading Note' (version '2021.1.1') is not compatible with the current version of the IDE, because it requires build 211.* or older but the current build is IC-212.5080.55

Could you put a license on this source code?

here is topicline area, could you merge code line note into topic area. show default information that file and line if code note is miss otherwise show code line note.

Any plans to add support for newest Intellij version? It is just awesome!
