Internally, we have a crates repository for our CI/CD and developer infrastructure at Zoo. We've pushed a newer version of dropshot that's closer to in-sync with the main branch for our tools. The version of delouse we pushed internally had a dependency that looked like:

delouse = { version = "0.1", registry = "zoo", optional = true }

This isn't possible here, since we're using crates and a git dependency isn't permissible. We need a dropshot release before this package is usable.
