Both parameters and exceptions are to be documented.

Current projects check-in the entire documentation and each generation creates slightly different images (at least by byte comparison, not by visual inspection) which are detected as changes by github for windows.

The writer should, prior to saving an image to disk, load the existing image and then perform a diff. If the differences between the two images are deemed irrelevant, then that new image shouldn't be saved to disk.

TODO: Find out which algorithms are both easy to implement and well suited for the diff.

The generated files should document a classes events (not just properties).
