This pops up when i try to install the application, is this happening to anyone else?

It's be nice if it marks anime episodes after they're watched/70% (or just say how much is watched) and for the player to remember the last position where the episode was playing

Please if possible and if the app scrapes multiple resolutions to add a resolution or HQ/LQ selector in the player or before playing. Thanks

This app is already great since it's fast, and it simply just works. I just wanted to suggest the double tap to seek and swipe to seek feature for the brightness, volume, and time in the video player. I really do think that these features would be a nice and useful addition to the app. I look forward in seeing how this app evolves!

Like the title says,whenever I go to play a video, I just sit on a black screen.

If I open one piece episode page the app freezes for a bit (tested on SM-T585)
Also If I try to search for other anime while results from previous search are there it shows results from both searches and sometimes doesn't let me search

Im having an issue where it displays a CLEARTEXT error

If I favorite something and try to select it in favorites it will crash the app, trying to pick a favorited anime from the search section will crash the app.
Using the newest version after reinstall & using Android 11 on arma64 v8a apk.

Right now the tracker only refreshes when you re-open the animes episode list. It would be nice to refresh the tracker after exiting the player

Please upload/show episodes in low qualities too because i dont have much internet data so i cannot watch them in high quality as i have to save my data.

Is it just for me or every1 else
It's like as if the app takes breaks
It plays the videos whenever it wants
It isnt working always
I mean 2 say is when I tried playing a video at 7 30 PM nothing but a black screen came
But just now at 8 48 PM when I started playing it worked perfectly fine.
Plz fix the issue

I have an issue where playing a video on this app it shows the navigation bar at the bottom with is annoying but the full-strength button doesn't fix this is the only app that has the problem

I acknowledged that this app is being rebuilt and under development but im giving a early list of stuff to do for a better approach for your app
First App overall in current state

• Overall the app does its job but it feels really limited to use and is not a app that catches interest , first of all going through the sections explore and favorites the animation art added aren't useful what so ever its probably consuming and wont add much effect i would suggest removing it , second i would recommend adding mal sync , this shouldn't be slept on or further delayed because it limits the app way more , lets assume you added mal sync now then with it you should change the apps whole ui into a mal client style, this means when someone logins their account they have a whole page that shows what is planned, watching , dropped etc all in sections within 1 page, then the current home page in your app can be named explore and people can search from with in there, here is a example of how it should be
  
  the reason why it should be like this is because apps like this catches most interest ( and were the ones that got most popular ) and is extremely useful, now to continue on the reason why the app feels limited with all the stuff i listed above their is also a reason which is the app sets you up in boundaries without any settings just a box , so people with experience with previous app will quickly drop it off , you will add settings most probably but just a heads up, what settings should include ? a small theme customizer , in app updater , show filler episodes , hide dubbed anime it can go on for longer but to make it easier for both of us i got something you can benefit from greatly check this app out it written with kotlin and offers the same job you can take a look around it and its open source so you can look at the code and maybe use some of it and one more app here now to continue with the app i want to note something about its name and logo , both can have improvements , the name is always urs to choose but lets state some thing apps with anim on the start is generic now , the logo is fine you could make the A in the logo a little bigger and more straight , but its just my opinion on this, if you have the commitment and want to make the app good please heed this issue, i joined your discord and ill add more to this in time , and maybe its to much but im no developer this app is being rebuilt so its time to receive all of this , to continue on the matter Sources , i believe the app should have the main sources for now that should be Gogoanime and zoro you can try and code torrents into streaming but im no expert , i seen that downloading was suggested, lots of apps have downloading feature but once someone downloads more then 2 at once it all goes to shit so be ware of that , have a bulk delete and download option let people que downloads, you can also add support to external download managers for some.

• finally Bugs , i read your discord chat and you got some input on that by other users so i wont provide much here but i did notice when you go inside a show there are these weird lines , im guessing its a bug

and that's it take care man and hopefully you become a good dev one that listens to the community

I mentioned this a while back but can you try to add an Tags/Genre search option so that way people can search for their favorite genres?

It appears that the video of any episode or movie do not start. To be precise the video player ia starting, but, the video in not rendered by video player. I do not have much knowledge about android apps but I guess there something wrong with the API which is fetching the video or with the video player itself.

Used to be able to do it on my Xiaomi Mi 10T. Now even if I put my settings to forcefully hide buttons inside the app, it doesn't work. Putting it on "ask to hide" and clicking on the prompt doesn't work either. It worked in one of the previoue versions.

The backward one goes 5 seconds back and forward skips 15secs even tho it says 10 on the button icons.

Hi there, a white block appears when watching the anime. Is there anyway to get rid of this? Have attached a picture.

If it is possible to export the user's list from myanimelist or anilist to this app, it would provide user greater experience

It would be nice to have a quality selector in the player otherwise the app is working great 👍

Edit: I think there's a quality selector "Auto" but the button can't be clicked nor can the crop button. Could be a bug.

Every anime I play, it shows the message that "couldn’t find a stream for this anime" though all the anime is playing well.
please add pip mode in player.

I have been using the app for more than a week now and congrats to the team for your excellent effort working on this. I like the interface as well as the absence of ads and the direct loading of the episode without choosing which server to use (unlike other existing apps out there). App is usable but sometimes loads slow (could just be due to my connection).
Here are what i can suggest that i think would improve this app:

1. Add option to create account. I fear that in the future, if i would change phone, i may lost all that i marked as favorite. That's a bummer. This would enable the user to save his/her settings, favorites, last episode viewed, etc.
2. Add an option for the user to mark an episode in every anime title as the latest viewed so that the user would not have to wonder where he/she left off from the series.
3. Add sorting in Favorites section for easier browsing.
4. If possible, fuse into one location the same anime title with several seasons. For example, currently, Boku no Hero Academia has 5 seasons, all of which are listed as separate titles. Fusing it into 1 anime title and then creating new sections inside each title for the different seasons would make it look more organized. Here's to hoping the identification could be done by the code based on the source material.
5. Search functionality is great but maybe add option to search by genre or any other filter and/or an alphabetical list. This adds options to the users if they just want to browse through or discover something new.

I hve downloaded the latest version .....but still it says Couldnt find a stream for this anime

Nice app runs smooth but is it possible to change the ui home? add Trending anime/Popular, and not shows new season and sub recently, and add Recommendations or similar anime below so it's easier to know that the anime has second season instead of searching it. I hope u understand what i mean lol.

A small bug that the screen randomly after a couple of minutes turns off or locks while watching.

I think the logo the app is using right now is pretty simple and ugly to be honest. Can someone with good skills in graphic design, design a logo for animity. Use your imagination and I will make a poll so we can choose the best logo for the app!

You're doing pretty good work for now and keep going for it the app is great
But may i suggest that u have a download button for the episodes
Or like mass download for the whole anime since like not all people have good internet all the time or will be unable to stream the episodes online
So yeah....... This option would help if people who also on the move or not having good internet to stream the episodes alot
