add support for unicode ranges
font families and fonts are currently only added based on the font-family name, the font-style and the font-weight. this has two side effects:
- obviously node-fontdump has no support for unicode ranges
- for fonts with unicode ranges the last font-face rule wins because name, style and weight are used as key for the font source collection and unicode ranges are ignored. that’s actually a bug.
