What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Join Mani enabled server.
2. Use ma_burn on self.
3. Respawn and go to area where ma_burn was used.
Even after respawning, the burn sound will loop. The sound only loops in the
area which ma_burn ends (the player dies). Tested on both Windows and Linux.

Removing stlport from a Linux compile of CSGO will cause the compiled binary to
not be capable of displaying the full admin menu (only exit is played).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Player should hear 'fire' when being burnt. But this isn't the case as no
additional audio is played to indicate being burnt.

CS:GO has its own basic warmup timer. This should be disabled if the Mani
warmup module is running.
Relevant CVars: mp_do_warmup_period (1/0), mp_warmuptime (seconds)

1. Join Mani enabled server on HL2:MP or TF2.
2. Use ma_burn on self followed immediately by Noclip.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Player should be immune to fire damage like on CSGO, CSS & DOD:S.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile Windows binary
2. Enable advanced effects for CSGO in gametypes.txt
3. CRASH when any effects-> or temp_ents-> object is accessed.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Join Mani enabled server.
2. Spawn or respawn.
3. Use ma_slay on self.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After spawning for the first time or respawning again; I am immune to slay for
approximately 5 seconds. Tested on Windows and Linux.
