Add Ken access (or move to quanteda org)

@koheiw can you add access for me, or move this to https://github.com/quanteda ?

Then we can get quanteda.textstats and (a new branch of) quanteda.textmodels working with this to test that the trio will work together.

We might have to reinstate the textplot_*() functions temporarily since there are more complex interdependencies across packages, but can split it once we get the stat and models packages working with this core package.

Update with recent quanteda commits

When was this created? It looks like there are some updates we made to quanteda since we created this. Not sure the best way to sync them to this package.

resetting git

When we move this to the quanteda repo we should reinitialize the git history, since this has inherited that from quanteda, which is pretty massive. This could address quanteda/quanteda#1193.
