I installed the extension, but when I go to the Core Metrics section, it just says "press rebuild". Pressing the lightning symbol, or building the solution does not help ... Any ideas?

Extension installed. Settings set.
How is the extension invoked?
Where are the results?

Download package instead of packaging it in the binary.

• Check roslyn for downloads
• Download to extension dir
• Flexible extension path

Add the ability to specifiy a solution (.sln) file instead of picking a default one.

• List all .sln/.csproj files in dir.
• Create dialog picker
• Update commandline run statement with new project.
